The health and safety of our clients and the ladies is our top priority.

We're maintaining our strict standards for cleaning and sanitising, and are stocked with sanitiser and soap for use of all persons.

We're taking steps to ensure any employees or ladies self-isolate at home if experiencing symptoms of cold, flu or COVID-19.

The state's COVID-19 regulations require social distancing, masks to be worn in public areas, a cap on clients in the building, and contract tracing.

If you don't have a mask, speak to one of our receptionists (Ph. 9314 4242) before coming in as we will have some available at reception. You must wear a mask in all public areas inside the building.

There will be a cap of 10 clients in the building at any point in time, you may be requested to patiently wait outside until there's a vacancy.

Contract tracing is a requirement, and you will be prompted to record your details (first name, phone number, arrival date and time) on a small slip when you enter, which you will subsequently put into a locked box. Your details will be kept for 28 days after which the slip will be shredded, the box will only be accessible to management, and your information will not be released to the public or shared with any third party except the Victorian Department of Health and Human Services if it is requested.

If you answer 'yes' to any of these questions, we kindly request you refrain from visiting us until confirmation is received that you have tested negative to COVID-19:
- do you or have you had shortness of breath, sore throat, cough or fever?
- in the past 14 days, have you had contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19, someone unwell with COVID-19 symptoms, or been overseas?
- should you be self-isolating, or are you waiting for a COVID-19 test result?
